We are seeking a Full-Stack Technical lead to join a collaborative, engineering team. Full stack tech leads at Aleph Labs focus on leading, mentoring and driving transformation and tech initiatives to deliver secure, scalable solutions that are integrated with our large scale internal and external applications. Lead, mentor a team of talented software engineers responsible for building secure, scalable, high performing applications. 2. Evangelize modern software development practices across the engineering team. 3. Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of your team members. 4. Provide continuous feedback and recognize the individual strengths and contributions of your team members. 5. Instill a spirit of continuous improvement in the team\'s code, architecture, and processes. 6. Work with appropriate stakeholders to ensure production issues are resolved quickly. 7. Uncover pain points and opportunities to accelerate software delivery. 8. Help your team build relationships across functions with QA, scrum team, operations, support and other teams to ensure Aleph Labs continuing success. 9. Be a hands-on software engineering tech lead who will spend up to 70% of their time in design reviews, sprint planning and other Agile artifacts. Some active coding and environment administration is a requirement for this role. 10. Appreciate and advocate for information security and secure coding practice. 11. Promote strong quality control and security practices through continuous integration and continuous deployment implementations. 12. Experimenting with emerging technologies and prototypes and understanding how they will impact what comes next. 13. Provide input to functional design and architecture, track and resolve escalated technical issues during build and test phases. 14. Monitor progress, highlight issues encountered, flag potential roadblocks early, mitigate risks and manage issues appropriately. 15. Stay on top of delivery efficiency and unblock any impediments for the technical delivery for the team 16. Coach, motivate and drive the delivery team with technical leadership and vision. Prerequisites : 1. BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience. 2. 8+ years of related software engineering experience. 3. Must be comfortable in coding 4. Significant knowledge and experience in Software Development, Systems Engineering, and Operations. 5. Experience designing and deploying dynamically scalable, highly available, fault tolerant, and reliable applications. 6. You have working experience and you are able to guide engineers in platform and configuration management frameworks 7. Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.
