We are searching for an innovative lead to join our company. As the technical leader, you will oversee the company\xe2\x80\x99s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyse briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals. To be successful as a technical lead, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding technical leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams. This is a senior role and thus the candidate needs to possess solid technical skillsets, experienced, and knowledgeable on various technological advances. You will lead a team of developers, programmers and coders in creating and developing software solutions. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 As a Technical Lead, you will work closely with the Senior Engineering Lead and the CTO to plan, develop, implement and test software programs that are easy to maintain, modular, well documented, and resource efficient. \xe2\x80\xa2 Guiding and leading the solution development team to develop bespoke solutions that exceeds quality expectations \xe2\x80\xa2 Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Determining suitable programming languages, frameworks, design patterns, and tools for product development for specified project \xe2\x80\xa2 Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote the usage of code quality and code security analysers ( SonarLint and SonarQube). \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement threshold checks for unit test coverages within the CI/CD pipeline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to conduct thorough code reviews. \xe2\x80\xa2 Automate tests as much as possible and integrate test results and other app figures to real-time analytics dashboards ( Grafana Dashboard, Amazon CloudWatch). Comply with software quality and security standards/certifications (e.g., ISO/IEC 25000, ISO/IEC 27001). \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive the high-level and architecture discussions and ensure team members know the reasons for the technical decisions while actively participating in making them Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Master\'s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise with HTML5, C#, ASP.NET, SharePoint 2010/2013, Net Framework, Web API, TypeScript, JQuery, XML, JSON, Web Services, SSRS, SSIS, MS Project, SQL, JavaScript \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals, specifically data structures and algorithms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant Management certification may be required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good to have MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) & PMP Certification \xe2\x80\xa2 2+ years industry experience with an in-depth understanding of distributed system as an Engineer/ team lead. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good front end and UI/UX designing \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership and organisational abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication, motivational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of security best practices in the context of web applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of internet-working concepts and protocols \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge of a modern software development lifecycle management methodology, such as SCRUM \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player attitude with a willingness to lead when necessary Ability to speak another language (Farsi or Italian) will be an advantage.
