Provide on-site IT support to clients across various industries
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
Respond to service tickets professionally and in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs
Document technical issues, fixes, and solutions for internal records
