Open Posiiton: Full-Time Recruitment Freelancers
We are currently looking for Freelancers to join us at BTC Recruitment Malaysia on a Full-Time basis.
The work arrangement is flexible depending on your availability as well as commitment covering responsibilities as follows:
- Receiving and reviewing job applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates based on the job assignments
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular job assignments
- Managing the process through the interview all the way to offer stage to start date
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to the clients regarding potential candidates
- Identify potential clients and
- Focus on building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- A team player with great communication and presentation skills
