Full-Time Recruitment Freelancers

We are currently looking for Freelancers to join us at BTC Recruitment Malaysia on Full Time basis.

The work arrangement is flexible depending on availability and commitment covering tasks such as:

-Receiving and reviewing job applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates based on the job assignments

-Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular job assignments

-Managing the process through the interview all the way to offer stage to start date

-Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment

-Preparing CVs and correspondence to the clients regarding potential candidates

-Identify potential clients and

-Focus on building long-term relationships with candidates and clients

-A team player with great communication and presentation skills

This is open to Malaysians with HR, Recruitment or Industry working experience such as Banking, IT, HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain and etc.
