Our people are crucial in helping us to realise our vision to be one of the best Global Business Solution (GBS) organization to support our customers in creating value for the Community, Country, Climate, Customer and Company.Role Summary: Lead the overall team activities in the HR Service Delivery operations, by providing guidance and supervision to the team members in achieving the monthly service level to clients and continuously seek opportunities for improvements to increase the efficiency level of the Helpdesk and Claims Services.Responsibilities:o Ensure all relevant daily HR Services operations are consistent and compliant to company policies and management standards (statutory & non statutory) by having an understanding of the laws and regulations, company policies and employment guidelines.
o Accountable for achieving target key performance indicators (KPI), operational level agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLA) to the customers.
o Continuously monitor and introduce areas for improvement by acquiring and providing feedback from and to clients.
o Managing ad-hoc requests from Department Manager and clients as and when needed, act as counsel or mentor to HR Services team when required.
o Manage effective relationships with customers and build relationships to review the monthly service level statistics and attend to ongoing issues pertaining to Helpdesk & Claims Services.
o Perform other duties as and when delegated i.e. back up functions, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
o Drive continuous improvement opportunities within the team by facilitating internal knowledge sharing, motivating the team to ensure service standards are achieved
o Work closely with Department Manager on planning initiatives by identifying internal movements/development opportunities, defining and planning recruitment of resources to run daily operationsRequirements: To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 A degree in the related job field. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to relocate to the job location.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent for us to keep or store your information in our database.
