RESPONSIBILITIES Lead day-to-day operations making sure they run smoothly by addressing problems that prevent operations from progressing Track the team\'s progress and performance, making sure quality checks, ticket ratings are done Act as an escalation point for technical and people issues within the responsible area and provide quality customer service with interacting clients, managing customer inquiries Manage team workload and set priorities, maximizing operational utilization Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement ways to resolve them, feed the function head with operational improvement opportunities in line with the latest market trends Support Function Head in all operational decision-making processes Ensure communication flow through team meetings, 1-1s, cascading information from top management when needed Responsible for employee satisfaction Conduct regular performance reviews with team members Arrange operational training according to the function\'s long-term targets to ensure team members are equipped with the right knowledge set Promote Chronos usage for all clients Learning and executing on behalf of the Function Head when necessary: Ensure SoW DB correctness in collaboration with CSMs Attend regular business review meetings with clients QUALIFICATIONS Vocational / BBA / BSc or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Result-oriented and strong decision-making skills Highly developed analytical and multitasking skills Experience in developing and presenting decision-making papers to senior management Empathetic and motivating leadership personality WHAT WE OFFER Remote working Meal Allowance Private Health Insurance Transportation Allowance The balance between work and personal life is encouraged with open paid time off Free company subscription to the Wellbeing & Meditation App \'\'Insight Timer\'\' Free company subscription to Mental Health & Support partner \'\'OpenUp\'\' No Dress Code - Dress to impress!
