Assist in understanding client business needs and HR processes.
Participate in requirement gathering and documentation.
Support the configuration and testing of HR and Payroll modules.
Help prepare training materials and support user training sessions.
Assist consultants during solution demonstrations and client meetings.
Provide support during system testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
Collaborate with technical and product teams for issue resolution
What You'll Learn
