Job description
In your new role you will:
- Drives change in local organization towards data driven decisionsculture
- Manages, steers, supports and scales the use case portfolio formaximum value
- Negotiates and plans resources and projects
- Establishes int./ext. network and local community
- Communicates DAD strategy & represents DAD team on site
- Establish an excellent data, analytics and digitalization path
- Provides framework (organization, interfaces, workflows) and DAD processes for ideation, implementation, sharing, reuse and collaboration on site
- Cross site responsibility in one specific field of action
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Several years of subject-specific experience (5-7 years)
- application, analysis, evaluation knowledge for business process-optimization, -digitalization and -automation
- Master of science degree
- 1-3 years, data analytics field, preferable in semiconductor industry,- leading complex, cluster, process and/or data analytics projects
- PMD, scrum, agile, preferable PMC and/or product owner
- fundamental technical understanding of data analytics tools, methods and solutions
- keeping the balance within business and people focus
- excellent communication and soft skills towards team, customer and the cluster
- systematic and method thinking towards problem solving and solution oriented and design thinking
- be ambitious, take ownership, drive decisions and drive value through innovation
