Job description
In your new role you will:
- Lead team of up to 5 experts for data, analytics and digitalization
- Manage, steer, support and scale the use case portfolio for maximum value in alignment with local management and cross-site strategy
- Negotiate and plan resources, projects and budgets on site level
- Use case & requirement assessment, valuation, priority setting and decision on execution in alignment site management and site targets
- Define and roll-out of clear roles and responsibilities in direction of data, analytics and digitalization
- Build strong network and define interfaces to various departments as well as to external partners
- Drive change in local organization towards data driven decisions culture
- Proactively identify current and future site requirements & innovative use cases through ideation workshops, direct contact and advertisement in larger meetings
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Master degree in engineering, science or other technical studies
- At least 5 years experience in leading teams and projects in the semiconductor industry, preferably in the field of data analytics or digital transformation
- Experience in agile projects, esp. as product owner
- Broad understanding of data and analytics challenges and solutions
- Experience in design thinking and complex problem solving
- Excellent communication and soft skills towards teams and internal customers
- Fluent in English
