Coverage varies by country.Citi provides access to an array of learning and development resources to help broaden and deepen your skills and knowledge as your career progresses.We have a variety of programs that help employees balance their work and life.In this Fund Accounting Senior Analyst - Reconciliation (C10) role, youre expected to:Monitor work activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the funds activities in a department, including reconciliation activities for calculation of NAV and distribution factorsAssist in preparing audit and regulatory filingsServe as the Senior Maker/Checker for complex tasksReview aging break items and breaks over a certain dollar thresholdTrack delivery for the clients assignedAssist the team manager in audit queries, client queries, and risk related itemsServe as backup to the team coordinator or managerAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.As a successful candidate, youd ideally have the following skills and exposure:Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience (for Senior Analyst C10)Project Management certification preferredExperience in accounting, finance, or business-related areaExperience in fund administration, change management, and/or project managementKnowledge of financial operationsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationBachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experienceWorking at Citi is far more than just a job.
