s: \xef\x81\xb6 Conduct group training to internal staff in term of new product/refresher training (product/demonstration/selling skill) \xef\x81\xb6 Outlet visitation and conduct on site product training to dealer \xef\x81\xb6 To ensure staff product knowledge level on par from time to time. \xef\x81\xb6 Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking. \xef\x81\xb6 Guide and channel all product knowledge to floor sales staff so that can also provide the accurate product information to customer \xef\x81\xb6 Identify market development and shift while being fully aware of new product or competition status \xef\x81\xb6 To provide input/insight of market demand to Master Trainer in order to develop an effective sale talk guide. \xef\x81\xb6 Build good relationship with outlet PIC and all floor staff \xef\x81\xb6 To maintain good attitude and behavior towards target audience Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the retail training for this position \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Training & development or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Able travel to outstation to conduct training to dealer / product consultant \xe2\x80\xa2 D possess own transportation (MUST) \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants must be willing to travel within Malaysia area \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive energetic, proactive, efficient and customer focused \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): English, Mandarin (MUST), Bahasa Malaysia
