Oversee daily cold kitchen operations with the support of your team.
Ensure timely food preparation and delivery during events.
Monitor food costs, wastage, and maintain high-quality standards.
Train and mentor assistant chefs and team members.
Support menu creation and presentation for clients and events.
Conduct regular team meetings and staff training.
Select and train team members for culinary competitions and overseas exposure.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior chef role, preferably in cold kitchen.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to design, plan, and execute creative menus.
Good communication skills in
English & Bahasa Melayu
.
Passionate about high-end culinary presentation and quality.

Pay: RM7,900.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
