Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day inbound and outbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining high service standards. This role includes managing manpower, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures, and driving efficiency within the courier network.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
1.Monitor and manage inbound and outbound courier operations, ensuring timely receipt, sorting, and dispatch of parcels.
2.Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
3.Ensure proper handling of parcels to maintain service quality and minimize damages or losses.
4.Oversee the use of operational tools and technologies, including tracking systems and warehouse equipment.
5.Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection
Manpower Management:
1.Schedule and assign daily tasks to staff, including couriers, sorters, and warehouse personnel.
2.Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct training sessions to improve efficiency.
3.Ensure adequate manpower levels to meet operational demands, including managing shift rotations and handling absenteeism.
4.Address and resolve employee issues promptly to maintain a productive work environment.
Quality Assurance:
1.Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
2.Implement strategies to reduce delays, operational errors, and customer complaints.
3.Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including parcel statuses and staff performance metrics.
Reporting and Coordination:
1.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the Operations Manager.
2.Coordinate with other departments such as Integrated Management, Customer Support, and Operation Team to ensure seamless operations.
3.Stay updated on industry trends and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
?Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
?Proven experience in courier or logistics operations (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
Working Conditions:
?Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
?May require occasional travel between gateway or HQ.
?Strong leadership and team management skills.
?Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
?Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
?Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
?Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
