KEY Position to manage day to day operations(fleets & drivers), ensure SAFE DELIVERY of our clients' products to clients' customers on time and in accordance with the Company's policies and clients' requirements.
OPERATION SUPERVISOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make arrangment on resolve and follow up the vehicle issues, drivers issues and deliveries issues.
Do daily and weekly planning for driver and truck availability schedule.
Monitor daily planned deliveries complete by the end of the day.
Manage and monitor drivers' leave application and attendance.
Communicate with planner closely.
Communicate with Terminal (Dispatcher) closely for any related issues.
Communicate with superior from time to time.
Work with the team to ensure operation run smoothly.
Play a KEY role to remind driver follow clients' requirement and work SOP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
