Monitoring and inspecting all promotion setup (price changes, voucher creation, etc) on Marketplace Platform - QA approver in SynOps for all eshop tasks. Monitor and inspect all promo setups and submissions according to client requirements. Monitor client platform's store content (title, descriptions, attributes, etc.) as per client specifications. Proposing measures to correct or improve the process and setup to ensures 100% accuracy as per brief To check for accuracy of eShop setting are according to client's brand standards and guidelines. Constantly audit report data to ensure internal stakeholder follows correct processes.

Skills and experience:

Prior experience with Quality Specialist role in eCommerce or marketplace platform is a plus. Detail-oriented, people-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in ambiguity in a matrix environment. Ability to work independently and within a team environment with a demonstrated track record. Strong computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to work under pressure.

Business Knowledge & Client Interaction:

Understanding of the Ecommerce domain (Lazada, Shopee, D2C, etc.) Interacts with the stakeholders in a professional way. Can deal with last-minute changes and issues and pressure situations. Requires timely decision making always - most problems being resolved via own initiative and solutions or through reapplication of skills/ideas from others. Liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service results and developments are understood. Ability to work with virtual teams.
