JOB SCOPE?
Provide administrative support, including answering phones, data entry and photocopying, courier documents
Perform other administrative duties assigned
support senior conveyancing clerk
Handle documentation and related conveyancing matter
Maintain proper filing and records
Stamping Documents
Requirements:
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak other languages such as Tamil and Mandarin will be an added advantage
Responsible, organised, and committed
Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel)
Meticulous and able to work as team
SPM qualified, Good Microsoft skill
Meticulous and able to wotk as team
Prior relevant experience not essential, on site-training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
