Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintain student records and class schedules
Manage registrations, payments, and issue receipts
Support teaching staff with printing, materials preparation, and logistics
Maintain cleanliness and order in the front office and common areas
Assist with marketing and promotional activities when needed
Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management
Administrative Support:
Assist in maintaining documentation and filing systems
Coordinate internal schedules and meetings
Working Hours:
Weekdays: 2.00 PM - 10.00 PM
Saturdays: Half-Day
Sundays and Public Holidays: Off
Must be good in English (spoken and written), and be able to use Google Drive, WhatsApp Web, Zoom as most duties are conducted online.
