Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative function including recruitment and manpower planning, compensation & benefit.
To monitor the employee\xe2\x80\x99s attendance and in charge of payroll, monthly statutory submission e.g EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF.
Liaison with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements.
Perform full life-cycle recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, screening, selection and job offering.
Manage end to end HR activities such as preparing new employment contract, resignation, promotion, confirmation of hire, warning letter and termination.
To assist in performance management process e.g preparing performance appraisal form.
Maintaining HR an up-to-date record in system.
Handling the employees monthly claim.
Manage and maintain employee\xe2\x80\x99s thumbprint record and compile month end employee attendance report.
Responsible to maintain ISO management system (all ISO related data and documentation) and ensure company meets the requirements of the ISO standard.
Assume the responsibility of Quality Management Representative (QMR).
Perform internal audit to check for the compliance with the policies.
Filing and records retention in a systematic manner.
Others task assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years and above of working experiences in related field is required for this position.
Must be well versed with Employment Act.
Proficient and excellence in communication and writing: English.
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good professional ethics, good at communication and coordination, and good teamwork awareness.
Hardworking & Willing to learn in a meticulous attitude.
Self-driven and independent to work with a high degree of commitment to meet deadlines.
