Key Responsibilities
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Ensure customers have a positive and enjoyable outlet experience
Introduce customers to selected company initiatives and programmes
Answer basic customer enquiries and provide assistance
Encourage customer participation through clear and confident communication
Support daily outlet operations and teamwork
Requirements
No experience required - fresh graduates are welcome
Passionate about customer service and engagement
Comfortable speaking to customers face-to-face
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic communication skills (BM and/or English)
Able to work weekends or shifts (if applicable)
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Outgoing and friendly personality
Interest in customer experience, communication, or community engagement
Experience in retail, F&B, or service industry is a plus

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
