Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • To execute administrative work
  • To assist in performing office administrative functions including invoicing billings, letters issuance, emails, etc.
  • To update and maintain systematic and proper filling records of admin correspondences/file
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary, on an ad-hoc basis
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate with minimum SPM/Cert qualification
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Must communicate well in Cantonese & Mandarin, other languages will be an added advantage
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin and English
  • Alertness and attention to detail, proactive, have multi-tasking abilities and accountability
  • A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity and ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
