Operations Management .Monitor Sales Specialists attendance. .Monitor compliance of Test Drive records. .Monitor cleanliness of showroom. .Manage Petrol Chit distribution. .Safeguard of vehicle test drive keys. General Admin (GA) .Ensure payment to contractors/suppliers. .Conduct monthly meetings with admin staff. .Prepare Declaration Report to Finance Dept every month. .Ensure the ESH organisation chart is updated. .Monitor the vehicle stock ageing. .Monitor the cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom at all times .Monitor all clerical & non-clerical duties and administration functions. .Take charge of the general admin function of the branch Others . To execute any other tasks as instructed by the Management. . To ensure compliance to the prevailing Environment, Safety & Health policies and legal requirements, and Sime Darby Group\'s sustainability initiatives.
