What You'll Do
As our General Admin, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly:
Manage paperwork: issue invoices & organize documents
Support e-commerce backend: submit online campaigns
Provide friendly customer service: reply to customers promptly
Handle returns & refunds process efficiently
What We're Looking For
Proficient in
Mandarin, English, & Malay
Highly
organized & detail-oriented
Strong skills in
Excel, Office tools, and general admin work
Great at
time management
& juggling multiple tasks
Strong
communication & interpersonal skills
