Job Description


  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is a bonus but not required.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support other departments with administrative needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
