- Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and documentation;
- Assist in purchasing office supplies, materials, and project-related needs;
- Maintain employee attendance records, duty roster, and accommodation arrangements;
- Assist in preparing and submitting construction-related documents (e.g. inspection and handover files);
- Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on related tasks;
- Manage visitor registration, reception, and coordination matters;
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
