Job Description


  • Fresh graduates and applicants without experience are encouraged to apply as full training will be provide.
  • Good communication skills with all levels.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint,Excel,Outlook).
  • Able to work in team.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Working Hours Mon to Friday 9.00am ~ 6.15pm.
Responsibilities
  • Good organization skill.
  • Monitor and generate and reports for employee\'s attendance
  • Prepare issue memos or related letter.
  • To maintain and update employee\'s key information.
  • Perform proper filling of all HR related document, both paper and electronic document.
  • Responsible for recruitment process.
  • Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
