Perform general administrative duties within the company.
Assist in daily office operations including sourcing, purchasing, delivery coordination, invoicing, billing, correspondence, and email handling.
Prepare and issue official letters and documents as required.
Maintain and update accurate filing systems and administrative records.
Support the planning and arrangement of items/services for company events, including festive and religious occasions.
Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in any field.
SPM leavers and fresh diploma graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
