Act as the main liaison between unit owners and the management office.
Address inquiries and complaints from unit owners professionally and efficiently.
Maintain positive relationships with unit owners for discussions when necessary.
Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs for individual units and common areas.
Work closely with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure timely service.
Assist in the move-in/move-out process and ensure compliance with property rules.
Prepare reports on property issues, complaints, and service improvements.
Assist in the issuance of notices, circulars, and billing-related matters.
Ensure that unit owners comply with house rules, strata laws, and building regulations.
Assist in the collection of maintenance fees and ensure timely payments.
Provide support in addressing billing disputes or inquiries.
Work with the finance team to update owners on outstanding payments and penalties.
Work with the management office to enhance quality of service.
Do some basic accounting
