Assist in implementing company strategic plans, formulate HR and administrative plans based on business targets, and execute HR and administrative support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
Develop HR systems and procedures (recruitment, performance, compensation, training).
Create staffing plans and optimize resource use.
Coordinate recruitment and hiring plans.
Set up performance management systems and indicators.
Develop compensation policies and benefits plans.
Execute annual training plans.
Administrative Management
Coordinate departmental work and handle daily affairs.
Draft/revise company policies.
Organize meetings and follow up on resolutions.
Enforce policies, manage rewards and disciplinary actions.
Liaise with government authorities for legal/policy support.
Handle government approvals and submissions.
Promote corporate culture.
Logistics Management
Organize office setup, cleaning, and maintenance.
Manage overall company logistics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, HR, or related fields.
Minimum 8 years experience, including 5 years in HR/Admin leadership roles.
Familiarity with ISO/GMP standards and company Code of Conduct.
Core Skills
Strong organizational, coordination, analytical, and planning skills.
Excellent communication and public relations skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, corporate management processes, and compliance standards.
