Ensure the effective operation of office safety facilities.
Provide administrative support, such as document processing, mail management, and meeting preparation.
Responsible for the procurement of office supplies, facilities, and equipment.
Negotiate and manage the supply chain with suppliers, ensuring timely supply of materials and cost control.
Manage and maintain document and file systems, ensuring their effectiveness and confidentiality.
Support the execution of various safety and health affairs.
