Job Description


Formulate administrative strategies in line with Company\'s business objectives by developing systematic approach in setting up practices while ensuring transparency and sustainable practices in administrative system. Develop practical and cost-effective system in managing general administrative task such as parcel receiving and delivery, signage, reservations, incoming calls, etc. Develop practical solutions for waste disposal and ensure effectiveness in waste clearance within the organization compound. Administer and upkeep the application and renewal of licenses, certificates and insurance ensuring new application is submitted on-time, unnecessary application shall be terminated, and all renewals received before the due date. Manage the border control effectiveness of physical security within the company premises by developing strategical approach and methodology in managing visitors and outsiders, managing incoming vehicles and outgoing vehicles accessing to compound, accessing to company\'s property and control rooms, determine the location of CCTV by using need analysis and proper monitoring of CCTV functioning, and risk of break-ins and emergency such as fire. Manage information security within the organization ensuring every access to the networking framework is being manage and control without being compromised on the security such as hacking, blocking and being deleted without any possibility of retrieval. All internet protocol address and connected networking system including user\'s access rights, username, and passwords consist of emails, server folder, social media, etc. is documented and upkeeped regularly. Manage employee and common facilities of the whole organization in tip-top conditions by monitoring on the frequency of usage based on employees\' need, maintenance and servicing of equipment and facilities, and hygiene upkeeping, rules and regulations of usage, etc. Liaise with all government agency, statutory bodies, and committees with regards to administrative matters such as renewal of licenses and permits, cases of emergency such as police and fire rescue and others. Performing duties in complying with Company\'s mandated guidelines, policies and procedures and rules and regulations governed by the law of Malaysia. Involving in properties management and the company\'s future business diversification strategy and planning Performing task and work requirement as and when required and assigned. Job Requirement Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma/Professional Degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent is preferred 5 years\' related working experience Proficient in both verbal and written Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin Able to be decision maker for the top management People oriented and results driven Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong organizational and time management skills Able to travel locally
