Prior administrative support experience in auditing or account firm(s) and posses own transport would be an advantage

Responsibilities
Answering and directing phone calls and dealing with customers\' enquiries.
Handling correspondence, mail distribution, and courier services.
Organizing documents in the correct order and ensuring accurate records of all statutory declations performed.
Facilitating smooth operations and effective communication between regional offices to ensure that documentation is accurately manages, efficintly exchanged, and compliant with all relevant standards.
Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical document storage systems
Maintaining office supplies and managing office inventory report.
Handling mileage reimbursement requests for partner level.
Coordinating audit traininf attendance for staff.
Ensurting that the office premises and office equipment are clean and well maintained
Supporting the implementation of new administrative processes and systems.
Ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
Any other admin related duties as assigned to maintain efficient operations
