To maintain the office filing system and retrieving material from files as requested.
To perform general office duties including faxing, copying, filing and scanning.
To handle purchase orders & delivery orders for warehouse.
To handle data entries and updates for inventory.
To provide general support and ad-hoc where applicable.
Job Requirements:
Applicant must possess at least SPM, SKM or Diploma in any field.
Applicant must be fluent in Malay and English for effective communication.
Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Words and Excel.
Selected applicant will work at Penerbitan Pelangi, Wisma Pelangi, Bangi, Selangor.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00AM - 5.30PM.
