Job Description

Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer. Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners and personal computers. Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages. Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail. Perform other office duties as assigned.

Work time: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6.30pm)

Breaktime : 45 minutes (Lunch Hour + 15minutes (Tea Break)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
