Prepare and manage administrative and operational documentation
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as preparing invoices, payment vouchers and quotations
Support the Technical Team in preparing Tender documents ( site visit, supporting documents, formatting and submission)
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Prepare simple reports when required
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum SPM / Diploma
Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF).
Discipline, organized and responsible and positive attitude
Detail-oriented with good time management skills
Able to work independently and follow instructions.
1-2 years of experience in admin/account/tender work is an advantage (not mandatory).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
