to support our Freight Division. The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, documentation, data entry, payment request follow up and communication with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth freight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, organize, and maintain freight documentation.
Prepare payment request & follow up them.
Call clients and promote them our services
Perform data entry for shipments, tracking updates, and billing information.
Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and coordinating with carriers.
Answer phones and respond to email inquiries related to freight operations.
Verify accuracy of shipping details, forms, and records.
Support the freight team with filing, scanning, and general office duties.
Communicate with customers and vendors to provide shipment updates.
Perform any additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, email).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous clerical or administrative experience (freight or logistics experience a plus).
Familiarity with shipping documents, bills of lading, custom forms or freight systems.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
