Job Scope
1. Prepare and update house rental agreements.
2. Handle name transfers in tenancy agreements when tenants change.
3. Collect monthly rental payments and maintain accurate records.
4. Prepare payment vouchers for daily transactions.
5. Manage and record daily cash flow as the custodian of company cash.
6. Ensure all payments are supported with complete documentation.
7. Calculate and record daily wages based on workdays or units packed.
8. Prepare payroll lists and distribute wages to workers accurately and on time.
9. Assist with daily operations including stock arrangement, packing, and delivery.
10. Perform administrative and logistics support to ensure smooth business operations.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
