To assist the sales department with new enquiry quotations, and;
To assist the salesperson in obtaining product price information, and;
To categorize and file all invoices and delivery orders, and;
To properly key in courier tracking records, and;
To proactively and efficiently follow up and track the missing invoices / delivery orders, and;
To scan invoices / delivery orders as per customer requirements, and;
To take responsibility for preparing the product catalogue, and ensure timely replenishment before it runs out, and;
To update the request form report as required and on time, and;
To check the quotation upon the salesperson's request, and;
To ensure the quotation records are well-kept and updated for future reference, and;
To make sure stationery and first aid kits are replenished on time, and;
To handling of renew road tax, insurance, inspection and check PDRM & JPJ summon for company motor vehicle, and;
To assists in overseas quotation preparation, and;
To ensure timely updates of all mileage records and touch-and-go data, and;
To provide backup to team members and learn the procedures for issuing invoices, purchase orders (PO), and C-forms, and;
To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
