Job Description


We are looking for two experienced General Clerks to join our team. Candidates should have at least a diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in administration, graphic design, social media management, and customer service.Job Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma and above in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, social media monitoring, graphic design, and customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to read and write in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
ResponsibilitiesWe have two positions available, each with a focus on different areas. Please indicate in your application which position you are applying for:Position 1: General Clerk - Inventory, Supplier & Production Support
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, update inventory records, and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Supplier Management: Handle communications with suppliers, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Production Planning: Assist in planning production schedules and checking the production process to ensure efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections and ensure products meet quality standards.
  • General Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Position 2: General Clerk - Social Media & Graphic Design Support
  • Social Media Monitoring: Manage and monitor our social media platforms, engage with followers, and assist in creating content.
  • Graphic Design: Create visual content for social media, marketing materials, and other digital platforms.
  • General Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Customer Services: Provide support to customers, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
