Job Description


  • Assist in managing office operations, including filing, photocopying and key in data
  • Dealing with government agencies & etc
  • Related with workers cert & etc.
  • Dealing with workshop manager & site worker via call / Whatsapp
  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Handle clients\' inquiries and provide assistance
  • Handle documents received and documents send out by post/courier
  • Recording documents flow and filling
