GENERAL CLERK SKILLS AND EXPERTISE



Administrative Support:

Ability to perform general clerical and administrative duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and handling correspondence.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records, update databases, and ensure proper filing and organization of documents for easy retrieval.

Communication Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.

Computer Literacy:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email handling.

Attention to Detail:

Able to maintain accuracy and completeness in document preparation, data entry, and report compilation.

Time Management:

Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



Work Environment:

Primarily office-based work requiring sitting for extended periods.

Manual Handling:

May occasionally need to carry files, documents, or office supplies.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and proper document flow.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS



1. Education Level:



Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Diploma in Office Administration or related field is an advantage.

2. Computer Skills:



Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of office management software or ERP systems is an advantage.

3. Communication Skills:



Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).

4. Attitude and Discipline:



Responsible, punctual, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

5. Personality:



Pleasant personality with a positive work attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
