Roles & Responsible
Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
Support the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Assist with online promotions, campaigns, and advertising.
Proficient in using social media platforms for content creation and community management. (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram & YouTube)
Assisting with daily office admin tasks
Supporting client communication (phone / WhatsApp / email)
Preparing basic documents & reports
Prior experience in marketing or social media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram & YouTube)
Keep up to date with best practices in writing for the web and social media. (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram & YouTube)
Filing and organizing document, including invoices, delivery receipts and inventory records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
