Requirements

  • Fresh graduate and SPM leaver are encourage to apply.
  • Ability to work multitask and work independently and with supervision.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and time management.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibility
  • Handle general administrative duties and to assist maintaining proper documentation filling.
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages, routing correspondence and reply WhatsApp Message / email.
  • Assist in Customer Service, handle customer inquiries and queries appropriately.
  • Providing continuous support to the staff and various departments.
  • Assist on any ad-hoc task as assigned by management.
