Job Description

:

Strong proficiency in Linux (CentOS), including file permissions, process management, system services, and log analysis.

Hands-on experience with Tomcat installation, configuration, and management (server.xml, webapps, logs, CATALINA_BASE), including WAR deployment and application health checks.

Basic working knowledge of JVM tuning and Garbage Collection (GC); able to support performance tuning and capacity planning with guidance.

Experience in writing deployment and rollback scripts, managing systemd services, and handling log rotation and archiving.

Solid expertise in MySQL administration, including backup & recovery, user and privilege management, replication/high availability, SQL performance tuning, index optimization, and transaction/locking mechanisms.

Skilled in tuning MySQL (max_connections, InnoDB parameters) based on Druid connection pool configurations and application workload patterns.

Proficient in Bash scripting, crontab, rsync, and scp to automate deployments, backups, monitoring, and log management.

Strong awareness of security best practices, including credential and sensitive configuration management, least-privilege access, file permission hardening, and key rotation, in line with compliance and audit requirements.

Proficient in Java and MySQL; fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university

1 (Junior) to 8 (Senior) years of proficiency relevant experience in Linux (CentOS), Tomcat installation & JVM tuning is needed.

Excellent speaking and writing in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Able to thrive in a high-intensity and fast-paced environment. Must be passionate and possess strong team collaboration skills.
