General Maintenance
Job Description
- Do regular checks and up keep of all air-conditioning units as and when required - Understand the electrical and mechanical systems of the hotel in order to efficiently maintain the system - Perform general maintenance (including painting works, repairs of furniture and equipment) of the hotel as and when necessary and required - Maintain the condition of the physical assets of the hotel by carrying out any upgrading and project work in liaison with architects, interior designers and management - Ensure the effective operation of all the mechanical and electrical systems and equipment by implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program. -Closely monitor the condition of the physical properly and equipment by conducting continual inspections of the building. Ensure that preventative maintenance schedules are in operation and regularly upgraded. Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3-6 months Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift
Wear Mask, practice social distancing Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
- Facilities maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bahasa Melayu (Preferred)
- Bahasa Inggeris (Preferred)
