Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

General Manager

with 10-15 years years of experience in

Construction Project Management

, ideally within the

residential housing

sector. The role requires a proactive leader who can oversee full-cycle project management--from planning to handover--ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership & Management

Lead overall project execution including cost control, procurement, and handover. Ensure statutory, quality, safety, and environmental compliance. Develop and manage master program, project schedules, resources, and manpower. Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional project teams. Control change management processes and project finances.

2. Communication & Reporting

Act as the main liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and tender recommendations. Manage design coordination and attend site inspections for progress and quality control. Ensure project documentation and learnings are captured in internal systems. Oversee timely client invoicing and monitor financial health of projects.

3. Miscellaneous Duties

Perform any other duties assigned by the management or direct superior.

Requirements:

Minimum 10-15 years of proven experience in construction project management. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. Able to

read and interpret drawings

(AutoCAD/SolidWorks proficiency preferred). Fluent in

English and Chinese

(spoken & written). Chinese is an advantage not mandatory. Strong stakeholder management - able to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors. Willing to travel across multiple sites within Johor

on a daily basis

.

Urgently hiring - Immediate intakes available and no more than 4 weeks notice period.

Projects shall relate to residential/medium rise/high-rise buildings instead of infrastructure or others.
