pioneer in advocating Cell Medicine to the public and it has done so for the past 10
years. Under the founder, Prof Carl Zhang\xe2\x80\x99s leadership, the company offers
sophisticated products to improve cellular health and wellness, which includes Health
& Wellness devices, Food Supplements, Skin Care and Home Care products. In 10
years, we have reached more than 10 countries and currently have office set up in
countries like Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand to better serve our distributors and
customers.
Currently, our growing company is seeking to hire a General Manager who will be
responsible for the following:Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily business operations
- Developing and implementing growth strategies and business plans
- Communicating business goals
- Creating and managing budgets and optimize expenses
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Overseas recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations, productivity and financial performance
- Training and coaching heads of department
- Supervising big projects and keeping track of their progress
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Improving revenue
- Analyzing accounting and financial data
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities
- Generating reports and sharing presentations for upper management
