About Company

Our client is a public-listed Malaysian diversified consumer group with interests across various business sectors. From island resorts to city hotels in Malaysia, the group\'s prominence extends across borders with the establishment of international hotels and resorts.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing and leading all aspects of the resort, including guest services, food and beverage operations, maintenance, sales and marketing, human resources and financial management.

• Ensure guest satisfaction through outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.

• Manage budgets, financial statements, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and growth.

• Maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.

• The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in hotel or resort management.

• The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting is necessary.

• The candidate should be flexible to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

• For candidate selected to be posted in Japan, fluency in both spoken and written Japanese is

mandatory. Those who have prior work experience in Japan will be given preference.
