Bachelor\'s Degree or the equivalent, Masters a plus
Minimum 20 years experience in Life Science / Analytical solutions sector
P&L responsibility overseeing business of at least MYR40-50Mn, with track record of growing businesses
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills, leading cross functional teams including back office (logistics, supply chain, finance etc)
Should have strong influencing skill sets.
Strong compliance culture
Hands-on approach with sales rigor and tracking for management reporting
Should be familiar with digital tools and functionalities
