General Manager (Malaysia or Japan)

We are an established group of companies with diverse business interests, including Hotels & Resorts, recreational clubs, food & beverage brands, and property development. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resorts.

Key Responsibilities: * Managing and leading all aspects of the resort, including guest services, food and beverage operations, maintenance, sales and marketing, human resources and financial management.

• Ensure guest satisfaction through outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
• Manage budgets, financial statements, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and growth.
• Maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.

• The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in hotel or resort management.

• The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting is necessary.

• The candidate should be flexible to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

• For candidate selected to be posted in Japan, fluency in both spoken and written Japanese is mandatory. Those who have prior work experience in Japan will be given preference.
